If you feel our service did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

Our team will review your concerns and may offer a partial or full re-clean before considering a refund.
02. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Service was not delivered as booked due to error on our part.

Significant portions of the service were missed or incomplete.

Payment was processed incorrectly, such as duplicate charges.
Refunds are not available for:

Minor dissatisfaction with subjective preferences (e.g., color arrangements, decor positioning).

Cancellations made less than the allowed notice period (see our Terms & Conditions).

Issues caused by unsafe conditions or obstacles preventing service completion.
03. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via email or phone with your booking details and reason for the refund request.

Include your service date, type, and invoice number if available.

Our team will respond within 3 business days to acknowledge your request.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval, using the same payment method originally used.
04. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, as per our Terms & Conditions.
05. Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding payment, overcharging, or double payment should be reported immediately.

H&K Cleaning will investigate all disputes and provide a resolution promptly.
