We aim to deliver services in a professional, reliable, and friendly manner. Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and other factors.
 

02. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from H&K Cleaning.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability.
     

03. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or as agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required before services commence.

  • Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price at the time of booking.

  • H&K Cleaning reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
     

04. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a fee, at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

05. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the property and cleaning requirements.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before the service.

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
     

06. Liability

  • H&K Cleaning will take all reasonable care while providing services.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, accidental damage caused by fragile items, or issues outside our control.

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for investigation.
     

07. Property Access and Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property.

  • H&K Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or pose health risks to staff.
     

08. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the H&K Cleaning website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of H&K Cleaning and protected by copyright.
