01. Bookings and Payments

All services must be booked through our website or directly with our team. Payments are made in-person at the time of service. Currently, we accept cash payments only.

02. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled with prior notice. While we do not provide monetary refunds for completed services, cancellations or reschedules made prior to the service date may be handled according to our internal policies. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

03. No Refund Policy / Rectification
As part of our commitment to quality, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with any part of the service, we provide a free rectification clean within 24 hours of the service. This applies only to the tasks agreed upon in the original booking.

04.Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate information about the property, including address, access instructions, and any special requirements. H&K Cleaning is not responsible for damages caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

05. Limitation of Liability
H&K Cleaning is committed to providing excellent service. While we take all care in our cleaning services, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to rectification of services provided as described above.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or alter the content, and not to interfere with its operation. We may update or modify content and services at any time without prior notice.

07. Privacy

All customer information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Personal information is only used for service delivery, communication, and administrative purposes.
